Die National League Two 2004 war die fünfte Saison der dritten englischen Rugby-League-Liga. Den ersten Tabellenplatz nach Ende der regulären Saison belegten die Barrow Raiders, die damit in die National League One aufstiegen. Das Finale der anschließenden Playoffs gewann Halifax 34:30 gegen die York City Knights.
