Die National League Two 2003 war die vierte Saison der dritten englischen Rugby-League-Liga. Den ersten Tabellenplatz nach Ende der regulären Saison belegten die Sheffield Eagles, die im Finale 11:13 gegen die Keighley Cougars verloren. Diese stiegen damit in die National League One auf.
