NGC 954 ist eine Balken-Spiralgalaxie vom Hubble-Typ SBc[2] im Eridanus Walfisch. Sie ist schätzungsweise 235 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 110.000 Lichtjahren.
