Unternehmensgeschichte

Jorge Mutio und Albérico Passadore[2] gründeten 1962 das Unternehmen in Montevideo.[1] Sie begannen mit Unterstützung des Unternehmens Carmeta mit der Produktion von Automobilen.[1] Der Markenname lautete MP,[1] was ihren Initialen entsprach. 1964 endete die Produktion.[1] Insgesamt entstanden etwa 70[2] oder 100[1] Fahrzeuge.

Fahrzeuge

Das einzige Modell war eine zweitürige Limousine.[1] Der Motor stammte von Panhard.[1] Der luftgekühlte Zweizylinder-Boxermotoren mit 848 cm³ Hubraum leistete 42 PS.[2]
