Martin Jumoad

Martin Sarmiento Jumoad (* 11. November 1956 in Kinasang-an, Cebu City) ist ein philippinischer Geistlicher und römisch-katholischer Erzbischof von Ozamis.

Leben

Martin Sarmiento Jumoad empfing am 7. April 1983 die Priesterweihe.

Papst Johannes Paul II. ernannte ihn am 21. November 2001 zum Prälaten von Isabela. Die Bischofsweihe spendete ihm der Erzbischof von Zamboanga, Carmelo Dominador Flores Morelos, am 10. Januar des nächsten Jahres; Mitkonsekratoren waren Antonio Javellana Ledesma SJ, Prälat von Ipil, und Angelito R. Lampon OMI, Apostolischer Vikar von Jolo.

Papst Franziskus ernannte ihn am 4. Oktober 2016 zum Erzbischof von Ozamis.[1]
