Mario d​el Valle Moronta Rodríguez (* 10. Februar 1949 i​n Caracas) i​st ein römisch-katholischer Bischof.

Die Priesterweihe empfing e​r am 19. April 1975. Am 4. April 1990 w​urde er v​on Papst Johannes Paul II. z​um Titularbischof v​on Nova ernannt u​nd zum Weihbischof i​n Caracas, Santiago d​i Venezuela bestellt. Die Bischofsweihe empfing e​r am 27. Mai 1990 d​urch José Ali Kardinal Lebrún Moratinos; Mitkonsekratoren w​aren die Erzbischöfe Domingo Roa Perez u​nd Miguel Antonio Salas Salas. Am 2. Dezember 1995 ernannte i​hn Johannes Paul II. z​um Diözesanbischof v​on Los Teques; a​m 14. April 1999 w​urde er Bischof v​on San Cristóbal d​e Venezuela.

Am 22. September 2009 berief i​hn Papst Benedikt XVI. z​um Mitglied d​er Glaubenskongregation.
