Loko ist ein Dorf (estnisch küla) im Südosten Estlands. Es gehört zur Gemeinde Põlva (bis 2017 Ahja) im Kreis Põlva.

Das Dorf hat 30 Einwohner (Stand 31. Dezember 2011).[1]
