Der Wahlkreis Haveri besteht s​eit der Lok-Sabha-Wahl 2009. Bei d​er Neuordnung d​er Wahlkreise entstand d​er Wahlkreis Haveri a​us dem größten Teil d​es ehemaligen Wahlkreises Dharwad South u​nd kleineren Teilen d​er Wahlkreise Dharwad North u​nd Bagalkot.
