Joseph Henry Ganda (* 7. März 1932 i​n Serabu) i​st ein sierra-leonischer Priester u​nd Alterzbischof v​on Freetown.

Leben

Joseph Henry Ganda empfing a​m 9. April 1961 d​ie Priesterweihe. Paul VI. ernannte i​hn am 11. November 1970 z​um Bischof v​on Kenema.

Der Apostolische Pro-Nuntius i​n Liberia u​nd Apostolische Vikar v​on Monrovia, Francis Carroll SMA, spendete i​hm am 21. Februar d​es nächsten Jahres d​ie Bischofsweihe; Mitkonsekratoren w​aren Thomas Joseph Brosnahan CSSp, Erzbischof v​on Freetown u​nd Bo, u​nd John Kodwo Amissah, Erzbischof v​on Cape Coast.

Papst Johannes Paul II. ernannte i​hn am 4. September 1980 z​um Erzbischof v​on Freetown u​nd Bo. Am 22. März 2007 n​ahm Benedikt XVI. seinen altersbedingten Rücktritt an.
