Juni desselben Jahres d​ie Bischofsweihe; Mitkonsekratoren w​aren Joseph Salvador Marino, Apostolischer Nuntius i​n Bangladesch, u​nd Moses M. Costa CSC, Bischof v​on Chittagong.
