IC 4620 ist eine Balken-Spiralgalaxie vom Hubble-Typ SBb im Sternbild Herkules am Nordsternhimmel. Sie ist schätzungsweise 470 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 70.000 Lichtjahren.
