El Progreso (Galápagos)
El Progreso ist eine Ortschaft und eine Parroquia rural („ländliches Kirchspiel“) im Kanton San Cristóbal der ecuadorianischen Provinz Galápagos. Die Parroquia besitzt eine Fläche von 562,9 km². Die Einwohnerzahl lag im Jahr 2010 bei 658. Die Parroquia wurde zusammen mit den anderen Verwaltungseinheiten der Provinz am 28. Februar 1973 gegründet.

Lage
Die Parroquia El Progreso umfasst die Insel San Cristóbal außer der am westlichen Inselende gelegenen Provinzhauptstadt Baquerizo Moreno. Das Verwaltungszentrum der Parroquia befindet sich knapp 6 km östlich von Baquerizo Moreno.
