Blastome sind embryonale Tumoren, die während der Gewebe- oder Organentwicklung entstehen. Ihre Herkunft ist aufgrund der geringen Differenzierung der Zellen oftmals nicht bekannt. Sie können Anteile von epithelialem oder mesenchymalen Gewebe enthalten.
