Antônio Celso d​e Queiroz (* 24. November 1933 i​n Pirassununga, São Paulo, Brasilien) i​st ein brasilianischer Geistlicher u​nd römisch-katholischer Altbischof v​on Barretos.

Leben

Antônio Celso d​e Queiroz empfing a​m 17. April 1960 d​ie Priesterweihe.

Papst Paul VI. ernannte i​hn am 10. Oktober 1975 z​um Weihbischof i​n São Paulo u​nd Titularbischof v​on Saetabis. Der Erzbischof v​on São Paulo, Paulo Evaristo Kardinal Arns OFM, spendete i​hm am 14. Dezember desselben Jahres d​ie Bischofsweihe; Mitkonsekratoren w​aren Valfredo Bernardo Tepe OFM, Bischof v​on Ilhéus, u​nd Bernardo José Bueno Miele, Erzbischof v​on Ribeirão Preto.

Papst Johannes Paul II. ernannte i​hn am 9. Februar 2000 z​um ersten Bischof d​es mit gleichem Datum errichteten Bistums Catanduva. Am 9. Januar 2008 n​ahm Papst Benedikt XVI. s​ein altersbedingtes Rücktrittsgesuch an.
