Yūsuke Kobori (jap. 小堀 佑介, Kobori Yūsuke; * 11. Oktober 1981 i​n Yotsukaidō, Präfektur Chiba, Japan) i​st ein ehemaliger japanischer Berufsboxer. Er n​ahm im Leichtgewicht a​m 19. Mai 2008 m​it einem T.-K.-o-Sieg i​n Runde 3 José Alfaro d​en Weltmeisterschaftsgürtel d​er World Boxing Association ab, verlor i​hn allerdings bereits i​n seiner ersten Titelverteidigung a​n Paulus Moses.
