Das Gebäude Waldstraße 4 in Gräfelfing, einer Gemeinde im oberbayerischen Landkreis München, wurde um 1910 errichtet. Die Villa ist ein geschütztes Baudenkmal.

Der zweigeschossige Putzbau mit Walmdach, Fassadendekor und eisernen Balkone wurde im neobarocken Stil errichtet.
