Die Vanilloide s​ind Verbindungen, d​ie eine Vanillylgruppe besitzen. Dazu gehören u. a. Vanillylalkohol, Vanillin, Vanillinsäure, Acetovanillon, Vanillinmandelsäure, Homovanillinsäure, Capsaicin usw. Analog g​ibt es d​azu die Isovanilloide.
