Ptolemais in Libya (italienisch Tolemaide di Libia) ist ein Titularbistum der römisch-katholischen Kirche.
Es geht zurück auf einen antiken Bischofssitz in der Stadt Ptolemais, die sich in der römischen Provinz Libya superior befand und deren Überreste heute auf dem Gebiet Libyens liegen.
