Siroua (Arabisch: سروا) ist eine ländliche Kommune in der Provinz Ouarzazate (Region Drâa-Tafilalet) in Marokko.

Geographische Lage
Die Kommune Siroua liegt östlich des Jbel Sirwa und südwestlich von Ouarzazate im Bergland des Antiatlas. Die Nationalstraße N10 führt auf dem Weg von Ouarzazate nach Taznakht durch das Gebiet der Kommune. Besonderes zentral gelegen ist das Dorf Anezal an der N10, da hier die Provinzstraße P1702 nach Westen abzweigt.
