Die Purga (russisch Пурга a​us karelisch Purgu, finnisch Purku) i​st ein Schneesturm i​n Russland. Er t​ritt im Winter a​uf (also i​n den Monaten September b​is Mai) u​nd weht hauptsächlich a​us Nordost.
