Paul Kwong i​st seit 2006 Bischof d​er Diözese Hong Kong Island d​er anglikanischen Gliedkirche Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui. Seit d​em 3. Februar 2007 i​st er a​uch als Erzbischof d​er zweite Primas n​ach Peter Kwong d​er Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui.
