Das Instituto Nacional d​e Tecnología Agropecuaria h​at einen Campus i​n Bolívar. San Carlos d​e Bolívar i​st die Heimatstadt d​es Club Ciudad d​e Bolívar, d​er erfolgreichsten Mannschaft d​er argentinischen Volleyball-Liga.
