Paarnivik ist eine unbewohnte Insel im Distrikt Upernavik in der Avannaata Kommunia, Grönland.

Geographie
Die hufeisenförmige Insel liegt in der Tasiusaqbucht im nordzentralen Teil des Upernavik-Archipels. Sie liegt zwischen Qullikorsuit im Norden – getrennt durch die schmale Paarnivik Tunua-Straße – und Mernoq im Südwesten.[1]
