North American Hockey League 1973/74

Die North American Hockey League wurde in einer Division ausgespielt. Das punktbeste Team der regulären Saison waren die Syracuse Blazers, die sich ebenfalls in den Finalspielen um den Lockhart Cup durchsetzten.
