Ni ist seit 2011 als Schauspielerin aktiv. Aufgetreten ist sie unter anderem in dem romantischen Historiendrama The Flowers of War aus dem Jahr 2011 und dem französisch-chinesischen Fantasyfilm The Warriors Gate aus dem Jahr 2016.
