Das Naturschutzgebiet Neuhofener Altrhein liegt im Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis in Rheinland-Pfalz.

Das etwa 50 ha große Gebiet, das im Jahr 1970 unter Naturschutz gestellt wurde, erstreckt sich westlich der Ortsgemeinde Altrip.
