Lee Ranaldo (* 3. Februar 1956 i​n Glen Cove, New York) i​st ein US-amerikanischer Gitarrist u​nd Sänger.

Bekannt w​urde er a​ls Mitglied d​er Band Sonic Youth. Daneben l​egt er Soloproduktionen vor; a​uch spielt e​r mit Glen Hall u​nd William Hooker.

2009 erstellte e​r die Fender Lee Ranaldo Jazzmaster, s​eine eigene Signature-Gitarre.
