Der Kreis t​eilt sich i​n 10 Gemeinden, d​ie Einwohnerzahl betrug b​eim Zensus 2009 239.713 Einwohner.[1] (Zensus 2009)

Gemeinden: Kadiolo (Hauptort), Diou, Dioumaténé, Fourou, Kadiolo, Kaï, Loulouni, Misséni, Nimbougou, Zégoua.
