Galina Stepanowa gewann bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1980 in Moskau im Vierer mit Steuerfrau zusammen mit Marija Fadejewa, Marina Studnewa und Steuerfrau Swetlana Semjonowa die Bronzemedaille.
