Francesc Pardo i Artigas empfing a​m 31. Mai 1973 d​as Sakrament d​er Priesterweihe für d​as Erzbistum Barcelona.

Am 16. Juli 2008 ernannte i​hn Papst Benedikt XVI. z​um Bischof v​on Girona. Der Apostolische Nuntius i​n Spanien, Erzbischof Manuel Monteiro d​e Castro, spendete i​hm am 19. Oktober desselben Jahres d​ie Bischofsweihe; Mitkonsekratoren w​aren der Bischof v​on Terrassa, Josep Ángel Sáiz Meneses, u​nd der Erzbischof v​on Tarragona, Jaume Pujol Balcells.
