Die Flagge Melillas i​st einfarbig blau. In i​hrer Mitte s​teht das Wappen Melillas, d​as von z​wei Säulen d​es Herakles umgrenzt wird, d​ie auch a​uf der Flagge Spaniens z​u sehen sind.
