Der Fcγ-Rezeptor IIA bindet als Fcγ-Rezeptor die Fc-Region von Immunglobulin G mit niedriger Affinität und wird von Monozyten, Neutrophilen und Eosinophilen gebildet. Er ist an der Phagozytose nach Opsonisierung beteiligt.[1] Fcγ-Rezeptor IIA ist glykosyliert und phosphoryliert.
