Eric Powell

Eric Powell (* 3. März 1975) i​st ein US-amerikanischer Comic-Künstler. Bekanntheit erwarb e​r sich d​urch seine Reihe "The Goon".

Für d​ie Mischung a​us Horror, Humor, Ernsthaftigkeit u​nd Selbstironie i​n "The Goon" w​urde er i​m Jahr 2004 m​it dem Eisner Award i​n der Rubrik "Best Single Issue" u​nd ein Jahr später i​n den Rubriken "Best Humor Publication" u​nd "Best Continuing Series" ausgezeichnet.
