Doo (Do′o) i​st eine indonesische Insel i​m Timorarchipel (Kleine Sundainseln). Sie gehört z​um Distrikt (Kecamatan) Ndao Nuse i​m Regierungsbezirk (Kabupaten) Rote Ndao (Provinz Ost-Nusa Tenggara).
