Clovis Cornillac

Clovis Cornillac (* 16. August 1968 in Lyon) ist ein französischer Filmschauspieler.

Leben und Karriere

Cornillac wurde als Sohn des Schauspielerpaares Myriam Boyer und Roger Cornillac geboren. Im Alter von 14 Jahren begann er ein Studium im Theater. Sein Debüt im Kino hatte Cornillac im Jahr 1984 in Robin Davis Outlaws. Er wurde von Dominique Besnehard, der mit Peter Brook das Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord führte, entdeckt, wo er in zeitgenössischen Theaterstücken auftrat.

Cornillac war bis 2010 mit der Schauspielerin Caroline Proust verheiratet und hat zwei Töchter.
