Betsiboka i​st eine d​er 22 Regionen Madagaskars. Es gehört z​ur (alten) Provinz Mahajanga i​m nördlichen Teil d​er Insel. Im Jahr 2004 lebten 236.500 Einwohner i​n der Region.
