Die Region Barh El Gazel ist eine Provinz des Tschad. Ihre Hauptstadt ist Moussoro. Sie wurde 2008 aus der Region Kanem herausgelöst. Namensgebend war das die Provinz der Länge nach durchziehende Tal des Bahr el-Ghazal.
