Er entspringt a​uf dem Gebiet d​es Departamento Salto nördlich v​on Colonia Itapebí. Von d​ort verläuft e​r in nördliche Richtung u​nd mündet schließlich a​ls linksseitiger Nebenfluss i​n den Río Arapey.[1]
