Aminobuttersäuren
Aminobuttersäuren sind chemische Verbindungen und Derivate der Buttersäure mit einem Aminosubstituenten (NH2) am Propylrest der Buttersäure.
Dazu zählen folgende Isomere:
- α-Aminobuttersäure, (R)- und (S)-Isomer
- β-Aminobuttersäure, (R)- und (S)-Isomer
- γ-Aminobuttersäure
