McCall wurde in Byron Bay geboren und wuchs dort auf. Seine Interessen sind Surfen und Bodyboarding, weswegen er auf die Titelseite des Riptide Bodyboarding Magazines kam. Winston McCall ist bekennender Vegetarier.
