William Miller Ord
William Miller Ord (* 23. September 1834; † 14. Mai 1902) war ein britischer Mediziner. Er war Chirurg am St. Thomas Hospital in London.[1][2]
Er beschrieb 1879 als erster die Ord-Thyreoiditis (Autoimmunthyreopathie Typ 1B und 2B), eine der beiden Verlaufsformen der Hashimoto-Thyreoiditis.[3]
