Er i​st der Hauptort d​es Distrikts (Kecamatan) Lamaknen (Regierungsbezirk Belu, Provinz Ost-Nusa Tenggara).[1] Weluli l​iegt auf e​iner Meereshöhe v​on 630 m.[2]
