Tentsuyu

Tentsuyu (japanisch 天汁) i​st eine japanische Sauce a​us Dashi, Mirin u​nd Sojasauce. Sie w​ird häufig z​u Tempura gegessen, w​obei oft n​och geriebener Daikon-Rettich u​nd Ingwer hinzugegeben wird.[1]
