Die TT Pro League 2016/17 war die 18. Spielzeit der höchsten nationalen Fußballwettbewerbs Trinidad und Tobagos für Männer. Die Saison begann am 30. September 2016 und endete am 5. Februar 2017. Es nahmen insgesamt zehn Mannschaften am Spielbetrieb teil.
