Seaview Farm liegt in einem dichtbesiedelten Gebiet südöstlich von Saint John’s der Hauptstadt des Inselstaates, jedoch schon im Parish St. George’s.[1] Seaview Farm hatte 2001 gut 1486 Einwohnern.[2] Im Osten erstreckt sich das Waldgebiet Sherwood.
