Rachel Cosgrove Payes

Rachel Ruth Cosgrove Payes (geboren am 11. Dezember 1922 in Westernport, Maryland; gestorben am 10. Oktober 1998 in Brick Township, New Jersey) war eine US-amerikanische Schriftstellerin. Sie verfasste eine Reihe von in der Welt von Oz angesiedelten Büchern, sowie mehrere Science-Fiction-Romane, die unter dem Pseudonym E. L. Arch (ein Anagramm ihres Vornamens Rachel) erschienen. Darüber hinaus verfasste einige Romane für Playboy Press, für die sie auch das Pseudonym Joanne Kaye verwendete.
