Povoação Velha (in kapverdischem Kreol [ALUPEC]: Povoason Bédja) ist eine Ortschaft im Südwesten der Insel Boa Vista von Kap Verde, etwa 25 Kilometer südlich der Inselhauptstadt Sal Rei und 15 Kilometer südlich von Rabil.
