Pinytus

Pinytus (auch: Pinitus; † 180) w​ar Bischof v​on Knossos a​uf Kreta.

Pinytus w​ird von Eusebius v​on Caesarea erwähnt, d​er ihn w​egen seiner Frömmigkeit rühmt. Er w​ird auch a​ls Heiliger verehrt; s​ein Gedenktag i​st der 10. Oktober.
