Philip Jenkins
Philip Jenkins (* 3. April 1952 in Port Talbot, Wales) ist ein britischer Historiker.
Leben
Philip Jenkins studierte am Clare College der University of Cambridge. 1978 erlangte er den akademischen Grad Ph.D. in Geschichte. Von 1980 bis 2011 lehrte er an der Pennsylvania State University, seither an der Baylor University. Zu seinen Forschungsinteressen zählen die walisische Geschichte, die Geschichte der Vereinigten Staaten und die Religionsgeschichte.
