Im August 2006 wurde auf dem See eine Veranstaltung der Nationalen Barfusswasserskimeisterschaft ausgetragen.
Der See ist außerdem bei Anglern beliebt. Ansässige Fischarten dieses Gewässers sind Hechte, der Forellenbarsch, Bluegill-Barsche, Sonnenbarsche und Schwarzbarsche.
